PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION
General Terms and Conditions of Sale
Pursuant to Articles 45 and following of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 – Consumer Code, as amended by Legislative Decree No. 209 of December 31, 2025 (implementing Directive (EU) 2023/2673). .
The pre-contractual information provided below forms an integral part of the “online sales contract” for products that the Supplier undertakes to conclude within a distance selling system organized by the latter, through its website (hereinafter the “Site”); they may not be modified except upon further express agreement with the Customer.

2) Main characteristics of the products
The products offered on the Site are exclusively virtual in nature (such as vouchers, gift cards, and discount codes). The products are described, along with their essential characteristics, directly on the Site . For eachproduct, the Customer has access to a specific page containing the main information (for example: value of the voucher, services or products to which it applies, usage limitations, and validity period)..
3) Conditions of sale
The purchase procedure is finalized with the acceptance of the specific terms of use of the individual voucher or discount code. The purchased virtual products are strictly linked to their validity period, indicated on the product page. The Supplier reserves the right to cancel orders from Customers for whom there is a reasonable doubt of fraudulent use of the system or payment methods. .
4) Total price of the products
All selling prices indicated in the Supplier’s online catalog are expressed in euros and include VAT and any other applicable taxes.. 5) Payment methods
Payment of the price may be made using the methods indicated from time to time on the Site at the time of the order.
The Supplier guarantees that all communications relating to payments take place on a line protected by an encryption system and that payment information is stored with an additional level of security encryption, in compliance with current personal data protection regulations.
The sending of the order determines the conclusion of the contract and entails the obligation for the Customer to pay the price of the chosen products.. The Supplier assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illegal use that third parties may make of the Customer’s payment instruments, provided that the Supplier can prove to have adopted all possible precautions according to the best professional diligence..
6) Methods and delivery times
The “delivery” of virtual products (vouchers and discount codes) takes place exclusively in digital format. The code or voucher will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer simultaneously with the receipt of payment or, at most, within 24 hours of completing the purchase. .
The Customer is required to verify that they have correctly entered their e-mail address and to check the spam folder. Since there is no physical shipment, the provisions regarding the transfer of risk for loss or damage to physical goods during transport do not apply .
7) Right of withdrawal
7.1 Term and exercise of the right
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without obligation to specify the reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase of the virtual produc
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Supplier of their decision by an explicit declaration, by sending an e-mail to saturnalia.lamaliosa@gmail.com, obligatorily indicating the following data: Customer’s name and surname; order number and date; explicit declaration of the intention to withdraw from the contract; e-mail address to which the Supplier must send the confirmation of receipt; (optional, to facilitate the refund) reference to the payment method used.
The Supplier confirms without delay, via e-mail, the receipt of the withdrawal communication.
7.2 Exclusions
The right of withdrawal is forfeited, pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, if the voucher or discount code has already been partially or completely used or redeemed by the Customer or the beneficiary before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period.
8) Effects of withdrawal (refund and cancellation of the product)
If the Customer validly withdraws from the contract, the Supplier refunds the purchase price of the products without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which it is informed of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
The refund is made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, the Customer does not incur any costs as a consequence of the refund.
Following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Supplier will immediately deactivate and cancel the discount code or voucher, which will no longer be usable. There is no obligation for physical return or direct cost of return by the Customer, as these are digital goods. .
9) Warranty
The Supplier guarantees the conformity, activation, and proper functioning of the vouchers and discount codes until their expiration date.. Any technical issues in using the code may be reported by the Customer to the Supplier, who will verify and, if necessary, replace the virtual code free of charge within a reasonable timeframe..
10) Conclusion of the contract and archiving methods
The contract is concluded online, through the Customer’s access to the Site and the completion of the purchasing process indicated therein, by correctly filling out the order and expressing consent to purchase sent online.. Pursuant to Article 12 of Legislative Decree No. 70/2003, every order is kept in digital form at the Site’s hosting provider and at the Supplier’s premises, according to criteria of confidentiality and security. .
11) Product availability
Since these are digital products (vouchers and codes), availability is generally intended to be unlimited or immediately generated by the systems. If, due to temporary technical problems, the generation or sending of the code is delayed, the Supplier notifies the Customer of the waiting times via e-mail. .
12) Invoicing
The Customer who wishes to receive an invoice for the purchase must request it by writing to saturnalia.lamaliosa@gmail.com and provide the necessary data (name, address, tax code/VAT number, any recipient code or PEC) at the time of the order or in any case before the issuance of the accounting document, as it is not possible to modify the tax data after the issuance of the invoice.
13) Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These conditions of sale are governed by Italian law. It remains understood, pursuant to Article 33, paragraph 2, letter u), of the Consumer Code, that nothing in these conditions prejudices the right of the consumer Customer to appeal to the court of the place where they reside or have elected domicile, if different from the general forum. .
14) Communications and complaints
Written communications to the Supplier and any complaints are valid only if sent to the e-mail address saturnalia.lamaliosa@gmail.com.
